Uzima: The Natural Holistic Expo 2012

Earlier this month I notified you about the Natural Holistic Expo "Uzima" to be held on Saturday 28th July in Holborn, West London to promote Health, Lifestyle, Hair & Beauty, Fashion and Culture.

I am pleased to announce that Avocadoholistic & Almocado (Sisterlocks & Natural Hair Services) will be participating at the expo along with a diverse but complementary mixture of therapists, natural cosmetic companies and fashionistas. If you have been considering Sisterlocks or are looking for holistic natural hair care products please visit the Almocado stall. I have teamed up with another local entrepreneur who will be showcasing their natural bath and body products, along with my line of aromatherapy products so whatever you're into it should be worth a visit.

For those of you who plan to make a day of it, why not book some time in the therapy room? I'll be there in my uniform ready to work out any knots, soothe any aches and answer any questions you may have.

Holistic Massage @ Uzima

Touch is one of our most powerful senses. In the same way that you instinctively rub your shoulder when it hurts, or gently stroke an upset child’s back to comfort them – a massage treatment can calm, soothe and sedate; or provide relief from emotional upset, stress or bereavement. Massage can also invigorate and re-energise; as well as relieve muscular pain and tension and improve poor circulation.

Unless specified otherwise, the treatments will be conducted with a vitamin packed blend of rich avocado and softening sweet almond oils (or olive oil & grapeseed for those with nut allergies) or whipped shea butter.

Otherwise visit us in the Therapy room as soon as you arrive, explore the expo and come back when it's time for your appointment.  Payments can be made  in cash or by paypal (almocado@gmail.com).
