Try adding lavender salts to your bath before you go to bed. Not a bath person? Try a lavender infused shower gel and follow by massaging lavender body oil into your skin. Or - simply add 4 drops of lavender essential oil to your oil burner or diffuser and allow the therapeutic aromas to disperse around your bedroom before you turn in.
